Package break prices are for the specified number of nights, inclusive of dinner and breakfast daily.

Accommodation package prices are based on two adults sharing a standard double or twin room. Supplements apply for sole occupancy of a double or twin room. No single supplement for bedrooms with a maximum occupancy of one guest.

Entertainment and itinerary are subject to change and alteration.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 per person is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Final payment of the balance is due by the 1st of December 2025.

Cancellations are permitted up to and including the 1st of December 2025. In the event of cancellation by the 1st of December 2025, you will be refunded any payments made minus the £100 per person non-refundable deposit.

No refund or discount for unused elements.

Supplements apply for upgrades.

Additional nights can be added on prior to 23rd December 2024 or from 2nd January 2025 at a supplement on a Dinner, Bed & Breakfast basis.

Discounts apply for children aged 15 and under.

Your guestroom will be accessible from 4pm but you are welcome to arrive and use the public areas and grounds from early afternoon. If you’re staying on the Twixmas or New Year packages, a buffet afternoon tea is served on your arrival day so its worth getting here early.

Rooms must be vacated by check-out at 11am on your day of departure.

We are more than happy to welcome children over the Festive Season. We have family rooms which can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children in bunk beds. Our restaurant also has high-chairs for your little ones.

Under 5s stay free-of-charge, and children between 5 and 15 years of age pay 50% of the adult price when sharing their parents room. The full adult charge applies to those aged 16 and over.

Yes! We love welcoming dog to Windermere Manor and you can find out more here. We welcome a large number of pet and assistance dogs over the festive period so it’s a popular spot with dog lovers.

We serve a buffet, full English breakfast and plenty of pastries, yoghurt, fruit and more if you prefer a Continental selection.

Free onsite parking is available on a first come first served basis although spaces are not guaranteed.

Alternative paid parking facilities are available locally at Rayrigg Meadow Car Park, approx 0.5 miles away, postcode LA23 1BP.

You can upgrade for a supplement of £30 per room per night for Club , £40 per night for Classic and £50 per room per night for Superior rooms, subject to availability.

Club, Classic and Superior rooms come with additional extras including bathrobes to use during your stay, mineral water, upgraded toiletries in the en suite and typically have better views and/or are larger.

Our Superior Rooms located in the cottages in our grounds enjoy access to a patio with outside seating.

Guests staying on these packages can extend their stay. Additional nights can be added prior to the 23rd of December or from the 2nd of January on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis.
