Breakfast

Our full breakfast buffet is available from 8am until 10am daily. A continental selection is available from 7am. We serve a buffet, full English breakfast and plenty of pastries, yoghurt, fruit and more if you prefer a Continental selection

Restaurant

Our Restaurant is open frombreakfast from 7am until 9:30am. The lounge menu is served from noon and 4pm and dinner from 4pm, with last orders at 8:30pm.

We also have a selection of menu items available to order 24 hours a day, and chocolate bars and crisps are available from the bar.

The pool

There's nothing better than enjoying a dip in the indoor heated swimming pool after a hard day exploring the local scenery.

The pool is 10 m long. Towels are provided by the hotel and the changing facilities are on the pool side.

Reception

Reception is manned 24 hours, and the team are here to help. You can contact us by dialling 4600 from your room phone.

Housekeeping

Our Housekeeping Team will service your room daily. They will not interfere with any guest belongings. For example, beds will be made if clear of belongings. Bed linen is changed every 3 days as standard, in line with most UK hotels.

Dog friendly

Dogs are very welcome! We love welcoming dogs to Windermere Manor and you can find out more here. We are unable to accommodate any other types of animal.

There’s a £10 per pet per night charge if you book directly with us or a £20 per dog per night charge applies for bookings made via third-party booking sites.

Assistance dogs are of course welcome free of charge.

Windermere Train Station is around 1 miles away and Bowness-on-Windermere is around 1.5 miles south.

Whinlatter Forest is home to the longest purpose-built mountain bike trail in the Lake District and an ideal spot to get excellent views over Keswick, Derwentwater and Bassenthwhaite Lake.
